  I haven’t been to Pizza Hit in ages mostly cuz I never really cared for their pizza even when they were in buildings that looked like big hats. I had a coupon for some free boneless wings so figured i’d give them a shot. They were fine but of my 8 wings, two of them were coming small and the medium buffalo sauce was really vinegary. One of them especially 😂 They were fine, whatever. It was ready quick and the employees were friendly.

  Do people always ignore me when I’m coming in for a pick up I just stood around for five minutes and the food is ready the whole time. If I say something to you, you better respond.

  I ordered a pan supreme pizza in the store for carry out.I got a hand tossed pizza with very little toppings. It was one of the worst pizzas I ever had. I haven't been to pizza hut for over 5 years and I will never go back again. Domino's is so much better

  I had an issue with my pizza order on Valentine’s Day, and I came in to address it in person. The employee named Carrie went the extra mile to help solve the issue and make certain I was satisfied with the Pizza Hut experience. With indifference and apathy being so prevalent in modern restaurants, it was refreshing to see someone care and work diligently to make certain everything was as it should be. Thanks, Carrie!
