  I was sick and the only thing that sounded appealing was Panera’s mac and cheese. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the mac and cheese was extremely watery and barely had any noodles—it was essentially soup. It was really disappointing, especially since this was something I was genuinely looking forward to while not feeling well. On top of that, our cookie was missing from the order. Spending nearly $50 on a meal for two people and receiving food that feels skimped and incomplete is frustrating and unacceptable. Experiences like this seriously make me reconsider dining at Panera Bread in the future.

  Wont let me change my bread on one sandwich like last time. I had cibatta bread on ur French dipper which is awful. It's better with baguette bread. And they wont let me switch it. Unbelievable. What crappie service trying to force me to eat something I don't like.

  Picked up my $50 order including tip and only half of the order was correct and items I paid for were missing. Very disappointed since I was in a hurry and didn’t verify all my items were correct but I should at the very least have the items I paid for. Food was still good but service is sub par.

  Long story short. They were in a hurry to close down and when I brought it up she admitted they were actually ready to leave. I also ordered a cookie and didn't get it. I know 30min is close but the service was horrible. I was also there for the cookie that I never got

  There is a lack of support from management and it is reflecting on the staff. You were out of quite a few of the ingredients that were necessary, It was not changed online in time for me to pick up my order. The girl at the register was very off putting and actually made me uncomfortable after informing her my order was missing add one I PAID FOR. I was Dismissed to go to the back where I didn’t really know where I was going to ask the people that were preparing the food if I could get what was missing from my order. One younger girl with brown hair was very accommodating, the other girl in the back was also dismissive and was not taking any accountability for correcting the mistake or offering me a refund for the up charge I paid. I get having bad days, but this is bad enough service to where I just felt like I was appropriate to say there is a hostility developed at least this evenings from people are not being supportive correctly. This affects your workers confidence, and makes your business come across NOT well managed.
