When I walked in I checked to see if my order was ready. It wasn't but they knew I was waiting. Then a few orders for people who came after me were ready I checked again and they had shelved it. I checked the bag because we had a large order. My burger was completely missing. They wanted me to check my bag for my burger ( it was a lettuce wrap). They had never made it. We then waited 15 minutes for my burger to be made. But then the other burgers were getting cold. The guy handed me my burger and said sorry for the wait. The manager never said sorry or offered anything to make up for their mistake. I was very disappointed with the service.

Wearing his gloves and then sneezing in his hand and then going back to making burgers and not changing his gloves is not a good practice but the burger was good. Somebody else made it.
