Quite often, especially in meat products - your clipped sale on mobile app will not ring through an appear on your receipt. Make sure you hold the checkers accountable. Sure they don’t have the power to change it but I have no problem holding up a line until a mgr can fix it. Think of all the old people who struggle to add it to the app in the first place - they do, and then it doesn’t even ring up. Wrong. Hold them accountable prices are already obscene.

Your donuts made me so sick I had to call out a couple weeks ago, it was the only thing I ate that day and I woke up perfectly fine, and now I just bought a bunch of your cream puffs with the last of my money just to have something sweet for the end of the day and they are absolutely disgusting, grainey, bitter, I can't even describe how gross these are, I've had them from other locations and they were nothing like this. I don't know what is going on but whoever is making food here is doing something very wrong. Donuts shouldn't make you puke, desserts shouldn't make you want to puke.
