    I stopped in to get their 4.99/ea 2fer deal. I ordered through the kiosk in the lobby as there was No one greeting guests. Couldn't find the 4.99 deal on the kiosk. I ordered $16+ menu 2fer. I get 30 minutes for lunch. Once I paid, it was already 14 minutes into my thirty. There were two people helping everyone in there. They appeared to have no urgency of purpose. They were slow about everything and walked away into the back of house ( I should say ambled) numerous times. At 25 minutes into my wait I decided I needed to go. I told the manager I had to go (politely) and he said he would cancel my order. I just looked. It's still pending on my debit card... Bottom line. Don't go unless you order ahead through the app. It's not fast food! You'll have to deal with counter help, if you want the $4.99/2fer deal. And good luck even being greeted. Plus, the app won't help you. I won't ne going back for work lunches.

    Went into Panera today had to wait 10 minutes to get help. Ordered 2 cups of coffee and there was no coffee in the Receptacles. So I waited again. Meanwhile, another customer service person approached me and asked me, was everything okay? And I told her no, And that I was waiting for coffee. Because the cashier did not return with the coffee earns full. So she, customer service person, retrieved the coffee earns and attempted to replace them into the Refill station. The initial cashier said that the coffee was not fully brewed. I was also disturbed by the fact that the signage said that the coffee was light to medium brewed. I was definitely not looking for a light or a medium brewed coffee, I preferred dark. I also was disturbed that the floor in the kitchen area was dirty. At this point I had had enough and I immediately request my money back. I had had enough so I went across the street to starbucks where they served a real cup of coffee. And I noticed it was at a lesser expensive price. It's unfortunate that I will not be returning to panera anytime.Soon.

    The staff here are incredibly kind and patient. That’s the sole positive. The back hallway near the restrooms is often stacked with boxes making it hard to get in the restroom let alone get out the back door if it was needed as a fire exit. The dealbreaker for me is the group of morning “regulars” who have been rude (and at times openly hostile) to customers. I sadly found out when checking with the staff it’s been ongoing for years and the store manager refuses to address it. I’d urge corporate to take a look at what’s going on here.
