The manager there was extremely rude. She responds to customers by screaming “WHAT” to them. They do not try to fix your issue but would rather argue and prove how right they were. The cashier was disrespectful as well. It was ridiculous. What kind of people do you have working for you.

I have been going to your location for several years and over the last few years, when I go there after 6:30am, the posted time of operation, I am told that they are not ready, or they do not have items available. I do not understand how this can happen several times over the year, or several times a month. If it happens to me then it is happening to many others. I only go there a few times a month, and it happens about 50% of the time. If you are to be open at a time posted, then you need to be ready and open at that time! I will be escalating this since you cannot seem to understand the hours of operation. If you cannot be ready at that time, come in earlier!

Every time they screw something up. This time I was shorted chicken nuggets and no dressing for salad. Last time got sweet tea when asked for unsweetened. No relief except to come back to remake. I don't have time for that. Give me a credit in app!!

Went to drive thru tonight ordered a few items told it was $30.06 gave her 31.00 and she asked if I wanted my pennies and I replied I'd like my .94 cents back, asked why it was so much and didn't give receipt, not sure when 2 biggy bags and 3 frosty's got so expensive but we will not be going again

I ordered 3 meals all with special requests and changes and they were all made just as ordered. The burgers were good and the only reason for 4 stars was that I was asked to pull up and wait because they were making fresh fries, but the fries were cold. The drinks are always huge and the prices are fair.
