I do not understand how this can happen several times over the year, or several times a month. If it happens to me then it is happening to many others. I only go there a few times a month, and it happens about 50% of the time. If you are to be open at a time posted, then you need to be ready and open at that time! I will be escalating this since you cannot seem to understand the hours of operation. If you cannot be ready at that time, come in earlier! Thank you,

The burgers were good and the only reason for 4 stars was that I was asked to pull up and wait because they were making fresh fries, but the fries were cold. The drinks are always huge and the prices are fair. This wendys has great customer service.
