  Great service and the food was freshly made. They were pretty busy but were quick, efficient and friendly.

  Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I’m not one to leave negative reviews until it’s been ridiculous enough to deserve it - and this location has gotten progressively worse. When I told them at the window my items were missing, they proceeded to take my bag and then tell me that there was no issue and that my order was correct. I asked them to do a double check because I had a kid in the car and did not want to have to come around through the drive-through again or go park and get out for my corrected items since I was bringing it to their attention in the moment. They gave me my bag back and told me that if it was wrong, I could call and they would bring out my items out. So when I got to the car what would you know, my order was wrong! So I called and asked that they bring out the missing items and was told that they were now too busy and I would need to turn around and go through the drive-through again or I could come in. I said that was unacceptable as they had moments ago stated they would. So when I asked to talk with a manager about the issue, she told me that I should call back tomorrow because they only have a manager at lunch. I don’t expect stellar customer service, mistakes happen, but I do you expect the issue be corrected in a reasonable manner. This was not that.

  Paid extra to put my own order through doordash, I am not a dasher, I was saving time for ALL OF US and this rude lady tells me doordash is not allowed in the drive through 🤣 for my own order. I would avoid this tacobell as they are all rude and have the dumbest rules for you. Absolute insanity. I paid extra, but i should have to walk inside too?? What else do you need us to do to make your jobs easier? Also look at these skimpy nachos they made. Hands down this is the worst tacobell in gresham and portland. I formally complained, hope you have to deal with actual doordashers in your drive throughs again, it's clear you hate that and cannot discern between a door dash delivery order and a door dash pickup order. Thanks.
