When you see them on TV they look fresh and neatly layered and 4 inches high. Not the case here. The chicken sandwich looked like it had been stepped on and layered with mayo.. they left the lettuce and tomato off,, was maybe an inch and a half high. Found a bone in the chicken. Spicy steak was not much better, they left the lettuce off altogether and it was compressed as well. Would not order again. And they ask for a tip for this?
