Placed my order and went up to pay they took my card ran it a few times and I was told I was good. Pulled up to the next window only to find out I was declined after being told I was good. Not sure what the clerk was doing but I got a call from my bank accusing my of fraud. What did the employee do to get my flagged for fraud, I have never had that happen in my life until this store. Will never go here again wouldn't trust this store

They accidentally handed my McFlurry and sundae to another car in the drive thru. I proceeded to watch them take it back from that car, and then try to hand it to me when I got to window. I said I would need them remade since I just saw them go into another persons car and then be taken back through the window and the Hispanic girl working the window got a huge attitude because she had to do her job properly. Then proceeded to remake them half full and got even more upset when I called it out. Do better.

Rude Hispanic or Mexican woman working at the counter got an attitude when we asked for a barbecue sauce that we ordered and that her coworker forgot to charge. Do better, especially to pregnant women. No need to be rude
