I came through the drive through and ordered the 5 dollar mc double meal. I asked for ranch and since the order was already placed they charged me for ranch when the nuggets are supposed to come with ranch free of charge because it's included with nugget purchases. I didn't notice until after I paid and when I asked to get my 50 cents back and explain the nuggets come with ranch so I shouldn't have been charged they said "we can't do that" which I know for a fact they can. I didn't want to argue with incompetent people so I just drove off.. they kept the reciept and were just to lazy to do what's right. This is the 2nd time they have displayed utter incompetence during an interaction with me. The first time I had to badger them to get the right amount of change back for like 5 or 10 minutes until the figured it out. Do better mcdonalds

Went to the drive thru and waited for 20 minutes before the person in front of us found out that it wasn't working. Went inside to try and place the order at the kiosk and it let me place it then when I went to pay it told me said that it couldn't take cashless payment and to take my receipt to the counter. I looked at my receipt, it wasn't even for my order. Ended up waiting another 15 minutes and got bo help. Called to complain and the guy than answered, just said oh, we'll. Sorry. I have been going to this McDonald's for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I will be going to the one on stark from now on.

I’m giving this place 3 stars for the morning crew. If it wasn’t for the am crew I would really give no stars. They need to hire, retrain, or management needs to have better standards for the night crew. It’s frustrating to get to the drive through window and the kid just hands me my stuff and continues their inappropriate conversation with another employee. No acknowledgment at all! And to top it off every time something is wrong or missing in my order.
