  The person on the drive thru window was verry verry verry rude , i do doordash for part tym and i came here to pich up the order i showed her my phone and said the name of the order but she kind a yelled and said whts the last numbers of order , behave should be nice

  I didn't realize my birthday coupon was expired the cashier was very rude and treated me as if I was scamming to get free food. It was quite unprofessional and uncalled for!

  Night crew are horrible they purposely put spice in my families hamburgers even though we ordered just ketchup, they messed up on the tea I ordered no ice they gave me ice, they got me another one but it tasted watered down worst McDonald's I've ever been to my families never going back.

  I bought fries, a burger and chicken nuggets. Firstly, the burger looks disgusting. It looks like somebody smacked it 5000 times chicken nuggets tasted raw and cold, funky flavored and the french fries were kind of cold and had no taste .

  I was taking my driving test, to get my license that morning at 11. I hadn’t had my coffee yet so I suggested going to McDonald’s. First , and this is very common, they have someone with a very heavy accent working the drive thru, I’m pretty much used to this since it’s at every drive thru I go to but what is not so usual is the coffee I ordered - COFFEE GROUNDS. Not just a few, we’re talking a THICK layer of them in the bottom of my cup. I buy coffee expecting NO GROUNDS, I had a bad experience with ants in a coffee cup years ago. Now I get instantly sick if I get them (coffee grounds) in my mouth. I was very disappointed to find them in my cup. And it’s not fun getting sick right before a test that I paid $90.00 to take. Your quality needs to be improved.
