  A while ago, I went in and ordered a ham sandwich. Something simple. I wanted peppers on it. The guy told me they weren’t able to add peppers to the sandwich but could put them in a small container on the side. Now why in the world would I personally want to open up an already made sandwich to add peppers? They were still in the process of making it too. Not sure if this is some weird rule, but hopefully that changed by now. I went back here last night with some friends. The speaker was bad and we could barely figure out what the guy was saying. When we got our sandwiches we looked at them to ensure we got what we want because the employees said the names of them weird. Both sandwiches were super thin. Usually when I came here they were loaded with meat and veggies. This time it was about 25% of what I’ve received myself and what I’ve seen others receive. It was ok. Taste was not at all what I was hoping for. I never see any one eating inside. Or a long line. I like me some jersey mikes better. Very whack. Pricing is decent but I’d rather pay a few bucks more for an improved product.

  Food prices are average and the quality is really good. Service was quite friendly and the place was really clean.

  Really lame that there's no heat in the building. No way to sit and eat lunch in a place that's 51 degrees. When I asked if the heat could be turned on since I saw the thermostat was off was told no they can't touch the thermostat. That's some really horrible customer service

  GROSS!!! I mean GROSS!!! I just bought 3 subs. Delivered. Worst sandwiches we have EVER had. Not edible. 1 slice of turkey on a turkey sandwich. Soggy, Tasteless, Garbage. Money and food wasted. Stay away from this place. It is SO BAD!!

  Service is sometimes a bit slow, likely due to staffing. But well worth the extra time! The food never let's me down! Great location, really approachable from multiple angles.
