I called in and spoke with Will at 22:15 on 1/6/26 and they said they’d issue me a credit on my account. Then they did not issue the credit, there is no credit on my account. I think I’m done ordering pizza from Domino’s. I’ll just order pizza somewhere that they care about the customer. Update: just looked at the other reviews. It’s clear they haven’t cared for quite a while. Maybe I’ll just dispute the charge on my credit card being that I can’t get the credit I was told I’d receive. Good thing I recorded the phone call I had with Domino’s about this issue.

Was on hold first time 22 minutes it picked up heard back ground of people talking then it hung up. Called second time was on hold for another 22 minutes this time it simply hung up. Will not be ordering from them again. Really disappointed but the delivery guy was nice and delivered with a smile.
