Came to see if it’s any better or at least the same as the last time I went. Definitely fail right off the bat had to repeat my order like three times to the gal taking the order and then she did not give me a total or read the order back before telling me to go forward to the last window. Once I get up there, the guy hand me a soda with the lid Halfway off not clicked on all the way, spilled all over me, cashed me out failed to ask for a receipt. He acted like it was some awkward request and I had to go reprint it, I don’t know where the first one the first place. Definitely a fail on the training and hospitality/process/systems and routines portion and major over all failure considering they want an arm and a leg for a basic Dairy Queen, burger and shake. I received zero value for my time and money, whoops my mistake won’t be back again
