Asked for two scoops and not only was she trying to over charge me, she gave me the wrong flavors! I went off to the side to admire the cakes and wasn’t paying attention but it’s not worth the fight and the “she said he said” energy tonight. Very disappointed. It’s like she was disgusted every time I opened my mouth. Also, not to mention when I got home I noticed it wasn’t even a full scoop! What a weird interaction. I’m not sure what I did wrong to the staff but they seemed to have an issue with me and I’m flabbergasted as to why. They are always mad and rude for no reason. I scanned my app and normally I always get my visit added. I checked after this interaction and I noticed she didn’t even accept the code or pull up the proper screen to accept the code. What is their deal? Snake behavior.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
