  Worst dutch brothers I have been to. Not only did they put my drink order in wrong, when I repeated it 3 times, the kid at the window forgot to tell them to remake it for a while until someone was like "what are they waiting for" and he finally told them, so we were sitting there forever waiting, then they finally made it while making judgmental remarks about me not wanting soft top on it and ended up making it wrong again. Finally handed me my drink and forgot about my second drink so continued waiting while the 4 people in the stand are just yapping away about nonsense, taking their sweet time to make the drinks when there is a line up of cars. I could not even drink my drink because I have diabetes and asked for sugar free. I told them at least 5 times in total it was sugar free. Do better, your making dutch bros look bad.

  This location, no matter what time of day or how many staff members are there, is just painfully slow. Even ordering ahead. It just feels disorganized. If you walk up to the window you have to get the attention of an employee as they will generally not acknowledge you.

  Ordered at walk up window and witnessed my 2 drink order get made and placed at window and stood around for 10 mins past being made to be called. Quarter of my frozen drinks were already melted once received. Others who ordered after me were already getting their drink while I watched mine sit there. Wouldv asked for my drinks right away if I saw fully but didn’t know till I saw them picked up to be handed to me that they were mine.

  Took entirely too long to get my drink. Ordered online at 12:10… said it’d be ready by 12:17. Still waiting at 12:35 and haven’t even got my drink. Very disappointed. I ordered ahead on mobile thinking it’d be faster so I could pick it up before work, but no. Even when I walked up to the window it took them 3-4 minutes to even ask my name for the order. Got my drink at 12:37, a whole 20 minutes after the expected finish time! Almost 30 minutes after I placed the order… all for one 24oz drink.

  I consistently use the mobile app for drinks and the accuracy and quality of service at this location is disappointing time and time again. Recently higher temperatures brought a lot more people in line. I ordered ahead for 2 drinks, an iced rebel and a lemonade. Waited past the expected pick up time, arrived and checked in for pick-up and waited 20 before receiving the rebel. Waited another 20 minutes as they helped others at the pick-up window. When they finished the line they asked if I wanted to order or pick up I explained I was waiting for my 2nd drink, a lemonade which they said they don't see on their screen. I did not want to waste anymore time and just left. I suggest avoiding this location and finding another one or take your business to their competitors to force them to step up.
