I know she loves Dutch Bros just like most the gorgeous women in the pnw do. If you don't know what PnW is it's Pacific northwest. My beautiful day has been taking me out for quite some time, and I know that she really really loves the green rebels from Dutch bros. I rolled up and said hey I'm kind of in the doghouse, and I really need to impress my girlfriend. Not only did they make me a customized cup in which several I love you on top with hearts, they gave me a sticker or two as well as told me about the gift card that I got for her. They actually talk to me a little bit it felt almost like therapy. Extremely friendly, and it was nice that there was a male working so he and I were able to connect on some of the stories. I absolutely love this company and how they treat their customers like we're valuable people instead of just individual numbers of business, no hate against their competitor. Upon delivering my gift card and the Dutch bro to my girlfriend, she jumped on me and practically kissed me a thousand times. If it wasn't for you Dutch Bros being my wingman today, I would still be in the doghouse. 5 out of 5 stars for you guys.

All about her, does not have empathy or conscience to treat people with respect, integrity, or compassion. Go to any other Dutch, never to this one.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
