Thought I was lucky because no one was in the drive through. When I got to the window to pay, I was told "sorry we don't have any change" after taking my large bill. I asked the lady to repeat that as I thought I heard her wrong. She repeated the same statement. I informed her you have to give me my change. She got visibly mad and shut the window on me. Next came my food, drink and yes my change by a different employee. I was then asked would I like any sauce? I replied yes arbys please. I was told sorry we are out of arbys sauce. I laughed thinking this was a joke. It was not. Since this is the only sauce I really like on my beef sand, I had to eat a dry sandwhich. I should've asked for my money back but honestly I think they already pocketed it. The last time I ate here the guy at window asked me if he could keep my change as he thought I prob wouldn't want it. I was floored. This place needs to have some serious training on tact, customer training and ethics. I will not go back here ever again. I will try to find another Arbys to visit. Shame because we love Arbys.

What a horrible place for lunch they were saying sorry about that to everyone in front of us then it was our turn to wait for what we just ordered and they had to go over our order again after waiting 10 min then we finally got our order and I dumped out what was supposed to be curly fries and it was a pile of crumbs then my wife went to the bathroom and couldn’t use is it was trashed and we told manager he did nothing ketchup dispenser was not working had to go back up to the counter and wait longer for the fries and they got my wife’s order wrong I’m not kidding the manager was there he might want to train his staff maybe never in my life will I visit this Arby’s again horrible service all around

After a long week of personal family grieving, we decided to opt out for Sunday dinner & watch the Oscars. Dumb mistake. This Arby’s has been suspect to me for years. Constantly disappointed, but when I see reviews improving, whack! Ordered a Reuben w/ a sliced tomato, a Beef & Cheddar, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and a French Dip - on the App. Got there and there is a note on the drive-thru - sorry, the toaster is broken. 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru, 10 minutes. I think only 2 people were working. They forgot the au jus for the French Dip, and sandwich sauces (I asked for 3 Arby’s, 3 Horsey). They said sorry, a bag with at least 10 sauces, and au jus. Sat down, discovered there was only 1/2” of au jus in the cup. The right 1/2 of the Reuben had a tomato & sauce, the left 1/2 some meat & saurkraut - I think. Fries were way over done & crispy, which is not wife’s pref. Hard to screw up poppers, but the bronco sauce was absent. The beef & cheddar was assembled with a pneumatic press and twist flourish, then wrapped tight as possible. Ate with a spoon. That’s it for me. I will check to see if the Arby’s in Troutdale is under different management group.
