It's fast food, I don't go in expecting much, yet everytime I stop by this location I consistently have to double check my order for missing items. This has happened more often than not, and usually it's not a big deal! I get it, I worked here as a teenager and I know for many, it is a first job and or a last resort. Mistakes happen all the time. However, everything is incredibly pricey right now, and if I am stopping here it means I am tired, I am hungry, I should not have to sit down and go through my food to make sure it is all there. That is not my job anymore. We are all paying entirely too much for a simple, yet sub-par service. It used to be required to count the items in front of the customer as well as making sure they have their drinks. (I know this is diffrent now). This is just how things seem operate today, but if I may say my piece as a paying customer, please do better for the people who work here. Employees are incredibly over-worked, severly under-paid, stressed out, have too much to do, and above all not even properly trained. Everytime I go to this location the employees look incredibly tired and busy. It is a skeleton crew. This store needs a better management and oversight.

Good food just don't expect to be attended to at the front counter. I had to wait 10+ minutes just to ask to get into the bathrooms. Everyone just ignored me until I said excuse me I just need to to use the bathroom.. dude practically rolled his eyes at me. Don't think I'll go back into the lobby at least I'll just use drive thru from here on. Do better Taco Bell. Thanks

Went and got food with my fiancée and some friends. Had a hysterical woman who was a workers mother call me and my group disgusting things. The worker called her because of a grudge and caused a scene where we had to call the cops. Was kicked out and was flipped off by workers for something we didn’t do. Horrible.

We just finished eating our food and both me and my husband noticed how perfectly our burritos were rolled. Whoever made our food needs a raise!
