  Handed out wrong order on drive thru. Terrible customer service and they did a bad job making the food. Sheesh!

  I would like to thank this establishment for finally turning me off of Taco Bell for good. I tried their new Triple Double crunchwrap. Not sure what it was "triple doubled" with since it was basically paper thin. Triple the disappointment, double the shame I guess. Also, asked for no beans on everything, got extra beans on everything. They even wrote "no beans" on the packaging. I was gas lighted less from my last ex. It's crazy how ya'll keep charging more and more for less and less. It's our fault for continuing to buy it though! Done with Taco Bell for good, we can make it at home for cheaper and way better, easy.

  Order food on kiosk in restaurant.Waited 15 minutes, only to be told that the order was lost then ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes order was not filled and staff was disorganized, shift lead didn't apologize for the inconvenience

  Ordered a bead and cheese burrito with extra cheese and sour cream. Got the burrito. There was nothing in it. Got a plastic spoon and scraped everything off of the burrito. It did not fill the spoon. It was only bean juice.No cheese, no sour cream. Took it back to the counter.They were very surprised.I was not happy about it.

  I really enjoy Taco Bell! The menu has a great variety of options, and the flavors are always satisfying. The food is fresh, and I appreciate the quick service. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes the drive-thru can be a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a solid spot for a tasty and convenient meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!
