    It's mcdonalds, it's whatever you expect a fast food place to be, slightly rude, slightly messy, and slightly good tasting. The only real problem is it's getting more expensive. 14$ for a meal is kinda crazy when I grew only spending 2$ for a meal.

    This is clearly hands down the superior McDonald’s franchise out the 3 McDonalds in Grants Pass. They let cheese melt on quarter pounder when they grill it, unlike the one on Beacon which is trash.

    We ordered our food ahead to eat in restaurant with our kids. We waited 10 minutes for the staff to unlock the bathroom for our kids. Several food items were missing from our order and it took a long time for the items to be made and staff was rude and unapologetic. They didn’t even speak to us when we explained the issues with the order. The staff would just turn around and walk away without saying a word. I came back to the counter and asked for napkins and they walked away without saying a word again and threw two napkins down and walked away again, we had 6 kids with us and they walked away and I had to wait an additions 5 minutes before I could ask for a few more napkins. They didn’t give us the sauce we ordered and I went to the counter and asked for sweet and sour, the lady returned with ranch threw it at the counter and turned away without hearing me say it was the wrong sauce. I was kind and respectful the whole time and all the staff we encountered were deliberately being rude for no reason.
