What an absolute disaster this place is. Ordering mobile, sat in the chipotle lane for 15 minutes at the window with maybe 6 customers inside. Nobody came to the window, nobody acknowledged me, for 15 minutes after looking right at me. My order had been ready for 10 minutes at this point and the girl at the window says, “name” (I proceed to give her my name) then she hands me a bag which was right by the window with my burrito inside. It had clearly been sitting by the window for 15-20 minutes. It is ICE cold, freezing cold. This is BEYOND unacceptable for any restaurant or establishment. I am very very very displeased.

Overpriced food. Waited 15+ minutes for 1 server to make food for 5 people. Seriously lacking in flavor. Lots of people behind the counter working but only 1 making food. It's only been open for less than a month and the cooking area looks like it's a 3 year old establishment. Super caked and black. I quit eating at Chipotles over 12 years ago because their food just isn't worth it, nor does it have any flavor. I thought since this is a brand new, from the ground up location, that it would be nice and clean cooking that it would taste good. Heck no. Taco bell still has them beat. And I don't go to them either. This location will likely close within 2 years. Total waste of time and money. It just re enforces the reason why I quit going to them 12 years ago. See you in maybe 15 more years.

I should have checked reviews beforehand! My husband, two small children and I went for dinner 1/1. When we walked in, my husband saw dirty dishes all behind the counter with food caked on them, not a table cleaned, and a long line with only one worker doing the entirety of the burrito making, and that should have been our sign to turn around, but my stubbornness and love of chipotle cost us. It took about 40 minutes to get through the line, the workers were being yelled/cursed at by other customers, unprofessionalism by the workers/manager in front of customers re: conflict. The food is so overpriced for what you get, they were out of black beans, the food looked like it was not fresh, etc. the pinto beans were INSANELY spicy??? In turn, my two kids could not touch them. We were given an extra burrito and didn’t realize it until it was too late, which means someone didn’t get their food and had to have them remake it, I’m assuming. The food didn’t taste good going in AND the icing on the cake- mild food poisoning all around! (Going on day 2 now). So, lesson learned- trust the reviews right now, they have a lot of kinks to work out ASAP or they will not make it. So sad!

Hoping this review as well as others will help bring improvements to this location. After being used to good quality food and service from other Chipotle locations, this location unfortunately was not the same. The guacamole was discolored, the lettuce had brown parts and did not look fresh, the chips tasted a mixture of old and new, the floor on the kitchen area looked unclean, food was flopped and rushed into the bowl causing splatters all around the food area, some of the meat going to the edges of the bowl. I was looking forward to a local Chipotle, but after this experience, not sure about going back soon. I hope it will get better.

My husband and I visited this location on 12/29/2025. We ordered a steak burrito and carne asada bowl as well as chips with queso and two small fountain drinks. The manger on shift/cashier , was less than friendly. She was incredibly rude to the younger gals working the line, one of which seemed relatively new. Our total came to $30.80. As we walked away from the counter after paying for our food we noticed we did not receive our chips for the queso. When asked about the chips, one of the younger gals attempted to hand me a bag of chips, while the “manager” grabbed the bag of chips out of the younger gals hands and told me I could have them after I paid for them. I was shocked as were both employees. We paid over $30 for a small burrito and a half filled bowl of food with 2 fountain sodas, and this did not include the chips that we ordered with the queso I, WHAT?! One of the younger gals got the general manager who did make this right, giving us not one, but two bags of chips. After all it was a bag of chips-manager “Cassidy” per the name on our receipt. 1. This individual should not be in a management position. She is rude to both the staff in front of customers and to the paying customers, making the experience incredibly awkward for both. 2. Kudos to Christina, one of the younger gals working the line, she attempted to make things right, once during our awkward encounter at the counter and upon our departure. Take good care of this employee-promote her. 3. To the general manager- Do not inform Grants Pass customers that Chipotle prices are higher in Grants Pass as compared to Medford, especially when the portion sizes are seriously lacking. But more importantly why is this so in o e of the poorest counties in all of Oregon?🤔 4. If a mistake is made, do right by the customer without making all parties to include staff feel uncomfortable. Mistakes should be an open learning experience for all to include management. To the “manager”- was a bag of chips really worth all the hassle and review. Do better.
