  The food I received was room temp and it took 15-20 minutes to get it. I never got my receipt or a number and neither did anyone else in the restaurant causing confusion as no one knew who was up until they called out the order. I heard the employees talking and they didn't know what they were doing, apparently they didn't even turn on the heater for the cheese for the pretzel sticks.

  Always EXTREMELY slow, I’ve never had a fast or friendly interaction at this location. They seem to have almost no clue what customer service is, as I am always treated as a burden and never given even a shred of respect. I really don’t ask for much, just some sort of hustle and a smile would be perfect, but it doesn’t look like they’re trained to do that at all. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to get something fast, affordable, or even edible. Update: They don’t even give you what you ordered most times. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and got 4. It’s already very expensive and now I’m paying more for less.

  I ordered a fish sandwich & an ice cream cone large ... the (nice check girl) McKenzie made an honest mistake, charged me a meal & a side cone ... I offered to keep the icecream & not the drink ... the mgr on duty , short buzz cut(gage), said SORRY CANT DO THAT , long story short I canceled completely, he shouted "i know how to run this store" ... crazy not even 7 people inside ... figures ... cant contact you , owner , some fake address

  My husband just got us lunch from this location and it was an absolute joke. He was alone getting food for 3 people, in a suit mind you. They handed him an overflowing blizzard (without a lid) and giant ice cream cone (we ordered a small cup), and a root beer. When he asked for a drink carrier, they told him they didn't have one. We now have ice cream all over our cup holders as well as several missing items from our order. Employee: Jonny.
