  Was excited when I learned that there was a Grants Pass location. Was disappointed though when I walked in. The staff were pleasant enough but I had to repeat my order four times before even getting to the meat. Staff member seemed more concerned about "proper portions" than actually getting the order right. Ultimately I'll just stick the medford locations from now on.

  Food has gotten way better since my last review in 2007 when they first opened. I wish I could order in the drive-through but they make you order for the app and then pick up in the drive through. I don't like the modern boring atmosphere. It feels cold and sterile sitting on metal chairs but this is the case in most fast food restaurants.

  I was excited when a Chipotle opened in Grants Pass however I just drive past the place now. I've seen this place at night absolutely filthy from lack of employees and constantly out of menu items on purpose. There's no way this place would pass an inspection. The amount of food you get is about 75 percent of what you would get in literally any other Chipotle. I'm done for good here. Not going back ever. Whoever owns this location is obviously trying to make their fortune off the backs of employees and customers.

  I have been a big fan of Chipotle for more than 20 years! I just love the fresh ingredients and the fact that one burrito can be eaten for two meals! They are so huge. I have visited the Grants Pass location perhaps a dozen times, four times through the drive thru that you must use the app to order from before using (that was strange for me at first). And I have been inside the GP Chipotle twice. Both times, the place was hopping. The staff works so hard and quickly. I am impressed by them. The second time I visited inside was because the drive thru staff asked me to. They kept me waiting for my drive thru meal for an extra 25 minutes, so I was not so impressed. But I could see how frazzled the staff was. It was lunch hour and they seem to have to rush as fast as possible to fill the plates. Have you ever watched the process? It's like they're being timed for a prize or something! Wow. So, I'll go again and again, as I have for more than 20 years, but in the GP location, I will skip the drive thru and I will skip the lunch hour.

  First time ever visiting a Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant, parking was good. Plenty of free parking, location was easy to find, there was a line of about six people ahead of us, it moved rather quickly. I informed them this was our first time they explained from the board. What you can choose from bowl burrito tacos ect. , then add your proteins ect. I asked if the food was hot besides the tortilla they were warming up in front of us I was told yes. The prices were explained, and then they told us avocado was an extra two dollars and ninety five cents 😮 ouch, avocados are 48 cents at the stores right now. Anyways the facility is fairly new. Therefore it was clean inside, in the small eating area outside, they do you have a restroom. The inside eating area is well lit up. There is no mechanical entrance and the door is heavy. This is definitely not friendly to somebody in a wheelchair. I got the chicken with black beans, lettuce, mild Chipotle salsa cheese and avocado burrito 🌯 😋 the taste was delicious. However, I was expecting a hot or even warm fresh burrito and it was very ice cold disappointing 😞 but it still tasted good.
