  So me and my boyfriend yesterday went to this location of tacobell, which we’ve been to a few times whenever we did DoorDash or for ourselves and any other time we’ve been it’s been great or at least somewhat decent. But yesterday after a long day of not getting the chance to eat we stopped by tacobell for lunch super hungry and hyped to eat, and we ordered everything and we used a 20% off of a 10$+ order. And when we were given our food my SOFT taco was HARD, not like a crunchy taco, just HARD. My boyfriend’s bowl? BASICALLY EMPTY, not even half a scoop of anything.

  Luv'n the new menu items! The mini taco salad takes me backn' time! My heart,tum-tum & nostalgia say Thank u! My current half said "That's so tiny" When I finished it I said "Nope that was just right"

  Did an order online for me to pickup myself . Stood at the counter 10 min before someone came to help me ! I was met with a very rude person who proceeded to tell me I already picked up my food ! I asked to speak with the manager and she came over and was just as rude and dumbfounded as the one before ! She told me I already picked up my food i said No i didn't im right here ! She then tells me they gave it to someone else but was refusing to refund my $29 gave her 2 choices a refund make my food i paid for she tells me ok just this time we will remake it !!! I said it doesn't work like that i paid for food i expect my food or a refund its not my fault that anyone can just walk in and grab whatever they want !!! I will never ever spend another dime at this very unprofessional so called business again !!! Your manager sucks and needs to be trained on how to manage !!!
