Lady hangs out at the deli for 35 minutes choosing chicken wings for Noah's Ark, The 12 disciples, and the 5,000 that Jesus fed with zero regard for any other customers waiting in the deli line. Cashier asks me " since you have several cans in your purchase, would you like to double bag them?" I say no. Cashier proceeds to stuff everything she could possibly put into one single paper bag. Eight cans. Sausages. Tomatoes. Onions. My mortgage. My self-esteem. Her ex-husband. Our future. The nation. Charges me extra for the bag. Hands the bag to me delicately, with the expectation that I will easily carry the bag with no issues. The second I touch the bag, while it's still in her hands, the bag tears in half. Groceries fall everywhere. " Can I get a second bag?" " Sir, you didn't want to double bag. You didn't want a second bag." Lmao is this malicious compliance, or corporate commands to ruin a customer's day as quickly as possible? I'm just trying to get my groceries ma'am

- LKLaura KleverJan 24, 20261.0I used to love this pharmacy, however they have significantly failed me and my family multiple times now. If i could give zero or negative stars if possible. Most recently, I stood in the prescription drop off and was told it would be 10-15 minute wait. After waiting for 30 min in line, I was told it would be another hour minimum and I should "chase that guy down and blame him" for being told it would only be 10-15 minutes. Came back the next morning and was told by the pharmacist that they don't stock that medication because they are too small of a pharmacy. Beyond unprofessional, AND to be told it is my responsibility to call around to other pharmacies to see if they stock TAMIFLU. This medication is also important to be taken within 48 hours of symptoms, so being delayed by the pharmacy for over 16 hours and counting is negligent to their customers health. This is right on the heels of me picking up a nausea medication where the same pharmacist was rude, condescending and acting as if I should be ashamed for how my doctor wrote a normal, safe prescription. After speaking with another pharmacist outside of this company, I was told the proper procedure should have been for the pharmacy to alert my doctor and a review to be started. This pharmacy has become an utter joke. Use them at your own health risks.
