  Every time I stop no matter what time of day their machine is down or they are out of ice cream. How can you be an ice cream place and never serve ice cream? Don't even bother to stop here. Poor management and owners that either can't maintenance their machines or order correctly. Either way, worst place ever. They should just close their doors.

  Showed up at 7:40pm on Monday when operating hours state they are open until 10pm and they were closed with no vehicles in their parking lot. I understand at times closing a couple minutes early when there is no activity, but over 2 hours early is unacceptable. Update your operating hours or staff your business for the hours you have listed.

  Just walked up with my 4 kids to get ice cream and lights are off 8:14pm when they close at 10pm on Saturdays and employees are smoking vape pens outside telling us the ice cream machine is not working so they closed. Seems like a common 1 star review excuse that they use. Unfortunately for management and owners to lose out on revenue on a holiday weekend cant be good for business. I notice the "owner" response to every review but doesn't seem to actually care or make any changes. Times are sure different now adays and its unfortunate.

  Tried to order through door dash, waited an hour for them to even confirm the order at all, which never happened. Wasn't exactly pleased with that result after an entire day of driving.
