- CNChase NewbergMar 21, 20261.0I ordered a tavern style pizza and I never get it tavern style it just thin crust its like every one that works here does not care about their job...... most likely the owner not caring about anything that comes out of their shop and the owner should rethink about owning anything if the they dont care to get a pizza right they should not own a business anywhere ok. I literally never get what I order. This is extremely frustrating and im tired of getting what I actually order 10% of the time. Would never recommend this is beyond infuriating

I called in with an issue using my rewards points while trying to place an online order, and he went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. Not only was he incredibly kind and patient, but he also made sure my order was prepared perfectly. You could genuinely tell he takes pride in his work—even with something as simple as cheese sticks, everything came out fresh and delicious. It’s rare to experience that level of customer service and care these days, and Juan truly stood out. Thank you for the amazing service and a great dinner!
