- CPCorey Pollock4 days ago2.0I tried to order threw through the drive through and it was Ai, Ai got it wrong several times! I decided to walk in. I placed my order and when I got home it was totally wrong! I did come back two weeks later and walked in. A gal walked up next to me complaining to the manager that the person at the window got ripped off of $29.00. The manager refused to give her the change that was due! The woman stated that the change had to go into her gas tank and she was on empty! (This was a older woman and not a scammer) She said she was just at the window and wanted her correct change back. The manager did nothing but talk down to her and embarrass her! At that time I decided to give the poor woman a $20.00 bill. She said she wasn't done with them and walked out the same time i did! I did ask for the manager and told him that they need to get rid of that Ai garbage, he declined. So far, I visited this Wendy's two times and will there will not be a third time!
