I literally have to eat taco bell almost every day because I am homeless with a food allergy. It just so happens that taco bell is one of thee only places that doesn't use the thing I'm allergic to. I literally have to eat here, it's all I've got. I cry because it's all I can eat. The least yall could do is make it the way it's supposed to. At least give us the amount we are supposed to get which isn't even very much to begin with. We are starving because of this billionaire greed. Come on whose side are you on.

- KMKevin MoeJan 20, 20261.0Food is usually of good quality but the rest of the experience is poor: kiosk-only ordering; long wait for eat-in food; asked for packets of hot sauce each time as part of kiosk order but are *never* included in the bag and have to ask for them; few to no napkins, forks, etc. available to dine-in customers; AC always on to freezing temperature; no option to ask for a cup of water from kiosk so have to ask someone for it, but only after waiting and trying to catch someone's attention at the counter. Overall experience is _consistently_ poor. Not planning to ever return.
