My Uber Eats order kept getting rejected because the drivers supposedly didn’t have a hot bag. Because of that, my food sat there for over 45 minutes while multiple drivers were turned away — even though I live less than eight minutes away. I finally had to cancel the delivery through Uber and drive down myself just to pick up a pizza that was already old from sitting in the warmer for so long. The whole point of using Uber Eats is to get my food quickly without having to leave the house. This location seriously needs to retrain its management. Turning away drivers over a hot bag requirement — while my order sits there getting old — is unacceptable. I’d rather have my food delivered promptly than wait nearly an hour for a stale pizza.
