When I have been into pick up I've had good experience. Tonight my order was delivered by door dash for some reason. The box was cold and later than expected, when I opened the box I was shocked. I'm not certain how you can wreck a pizza quite like this driver did. I called the manager and happened to speak with the owner. He was shocked to see the picture and immediately made it right. Quickly I was met by an apologetic employee handing me a piping hot pizza. It was delicious. The owner made me a huge fan and I appreciate his concern for the quality of pizzas he sends out. While this could have been a bad experience the owner made a huge difference and saved my pizza night!
