Usually I find helpful, and friendly staff...until the other day when I looked at my receipt and didn't get my discount. the 19th to be exact. The cashier mentioned to see Customer Service. I wish I got her name, but the worst CS I've received in a long time. My issue was having spent 20 minutes doing the online U discounts, I bought the Melon Medley which I thought was a $1. off. it didn't take it off, and CS rudely told me to "SHOW HER" excuse me? She couldn't just look it up on her end (which is what most do) so I am trying to look it up on my phone which I thought NO that is what she is there for. Well, she wasn't and I told her to forget it, this is not worth a dollar but told her that people spend all their time on line to save $$ but yet sometimes the machine does not catch it. and if CS is not there to help then why have them. If you can't hire the right candidate for CUSTOMER SERVICE don't even have that dept. This lady does not belong in CS. She needs to be away from the public all together. If you are that miserable STAY HOME!!!!

The store manager Jeff, told me I would have to go back outside wait for a guy to bring me a slip. Then come back into redeem slip. I asked him if it would be possible for them to just write me the slip here. He said “Oh my God” I asked to please not swear at me. He take your dime & go. But give him the can first cause he doesn’t trust me I said “ I will as soon as you give me the dime”. There was also a customer at the same time that was harassing me as well. Which no employees helped aid with. Do better!
