- KRKristin RApr 9, 20264.0We go to this Dutch Bros more often than some others. For the most part, the drinks are made right and the people are friendly. The new food roll out...going to have pass. If I wanted mixrowaved food, I'd hit up a gas station.

- SSSekhmetMar 31, 20261.0I have to say I'm very disappointed. They are always consistently changing staff. They don't pay people enough to care. I have recently reached out to corporate and they still won't handle any of the problems. I've made it a note to the owner & manager and the big rigs of how their employees that are constantly changing don't care about the health conditions for other people. I am severely lactose intolerant and I throw up multiple ways when I consume dairy. The past three times I've been there I've stated that I am lactose intolerant and that they need to make sure they don't give me milk, and they give me whole milk. Last time I told the manager there she just laughed and stated that she had celia and that allergies don't work like that. What an absolute joke. I haven't been back in months nor will I ever go back . To the woman who had Celiac clearly you don't have it or you would would have been way more kind and understanding of other people's allergies and if you don't personally deal with lactose intolerant then you can't tell anybody how it is. I recommend that you do not go here!!!

- KDKayla DuggerMar 19, 20265.0I was having the worst day ever and I came to get my coffee at Dutch here in Florence The kid with the curly hair the darker kid with the curly hair was so funny and so comical he was like the class clown he made my day so much better and he purposely made me laugh I just think that this one here in Florence with him and the other girls and boys there I'm always the one that gets the Americano with the two cream two sugar and they know who I am they always have it ready for me and ready to go I appreciate them all and just for the last two that are there if you are having a bad day go to Dutch Bros in Florence they'll make you laugh

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
