  Horrible customer service. Went in today, no other customers, ordered 3 items and it took 15+ minutes to receive our food. Won’t go back to this location.

  If I could I would give it 0 stars! I have made a report to the Corporate office about this. Ordered coffee online, paid & went inside to pick it up. An angry black employee shouted at me, I already made this now get out!! I'm 73 years old & I asked if I could use the locked bathroom with a loud shouting response "No, get out" This has been reported & hopefully now something WILL be done! If anyone complains here, they will treat you like trash & never correct their totally unprofessional attitude toward customers as their reviews have shown. Now they have resorted to generic repetitions to cover these negative reviews. To be a long standing customer for over 20 years & be treated by a McDonalds like this is SO INCREDIBLE!!!

  Shorted us a double qtr pounder Fri at lunch i called back told them was told to come back and they would give to me, went back they said they didn't know anything about it Asked for receipt told them there wasn't on in or on bag. They said they couldn't give it to me .. rechecked and redialed number I called at lunch time gal said yes right number agreed I was just there said the manager would call me back today I said if it's going to be endless back and forth phone calls not to worry about it wouldn't be so bad but they're like seven bucks now haven't heard back from anyone. Ridiculous

  My food was wrong.First off my fries were cold. Which happens at McDonald's but it still always sucks. Then I asked for extra ketchup and extra onion on my burger, but I got a cheeseburger that had a tag on it that said only ketchup, onion, and American cheese. I open it up and there is only ketchup with 3 tiny pieces of onion on the underside of the burger. I asked the guy at the window for extra ketchup packets and he only gave me a couple. Not enough for my burger and fries and then he just shoved the bag out the window and closed it without saying anything and gives me a thumbs up from the inside. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business again.

  As someone who has previously managed a McDonald’s location, I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience I had here today. I arrived during posted business hours, but the lobby doors were locked. Since the lobby was closed, I attempted to use the drive-thru while on my bike. I waited at the ordering speaker and was completely ignored. I then rolled forward to the first window where an employee was on his phone and did not acknowledge me. At the second window, multiple staff members were standing around talking and also ignored me. I circled back around, and by that time several cars had arrived. Those cars were immediately greeted and helped at the speaker while I still had not been acknowledged. When I went back to the first window, the employee simply held up one finger indicating that I should wait a minute. At that point I told him I had already been waiting about five minutes and had been there before the cars now being served. I was then ignored again while they finished serving a vehicle that arrived after me. Eventually another employee (who was not wearing a name tag) addressed me. When I asked why I had been ignored while other customers were served, I was told, “We don’t service drive-thru with people on bikes.” If that is the policy, that explanation could have been given immediately when I arrived at the speaker and the situation would have been resolved right there. Instead, I was ignored multiple times while staff continued serving other customers. I asked for the employees’ names so I could follow up with management, but that request was refused. Because of that, I took a photo to include with this review. Having managed a McDonald’s before, I understand that policies exist and that shifts can get busy. However, basic customer service—acknowledging someone, explaining a policy, and treating customers respectfully—is the absolute minimum standard. The lack of communication and professionalism here was extremely disappointing. Posted are two of the many employees that chose to ignore a potential customer because of the transportation I arrived on. Btw tinted windows don’t work with photographs but nice try to the poor excuse of a closing manager
