  They made me wait five minutes before even taking my order in the drive-through once I paid for the food they told me to pull up to the first spot by then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before getting my food and none of the food was even warm so I don’t even know why the long wait very disappointing not ever coming back to this location .

  I have been coming to this location for years and everything has always been great but i must share something that happened here. There are angels at this location. Read on to find out. I went to a house party when I was 18 a few years back and drank... too much. I woke up and came thru this drive thru at around 8 am the next day. Between the paying and pick up windows, i started to feel it come on... ifyou know what I mean I tried to keep it under control but i ended up absolutely projectile vomiting when i was at the pick up window all over the interior of my moms mini van 😭🤦‍♀️. I was so horrified I drove to the parking lot without getting my food and started crying. The employee to my surprise, came out and approached my car with my food and wet wipes. I pathetically said "im sorry I threw up in your drive thru" while still crying. I will never forget their kindness for having the bravery to approach a vomit covered mini van at 8 am to give me my food and my wipes. I wish i knew who it was. Thank you mcdonalds soldiers 🙏

  Good luck getting everything you ordered. All I ordered was a Big Mac meal. They managed to forget the Big Mac... in a Big Mac Meal.

  I came in to try the new big arch. I ordered the meal. She said it wasnt ready if I wanted it fresh I can wait outside and space number 1! I did and I waited about five minutes, which I was starting to get a little anxious because I was just trying to grab something quick on my way to work. Then a younger male came out asked what I ordered. I told him to look at the bag and handed to me as if I need anything else. I asked for a couple ketchups he gave them to me and then I raced to work. In the car, I could smell something spicy I checked in the bag and I noticed it was a hot honey chicken not what I ordered. I called back to the restaurant and told them what happened. She told me I can get a replacement if I get there in the next five minutes and that wasn't happening because I was already at work clocking in and did not want to be late. I told her I be off at five and she told me that there won be any more patties left by then, and that she wouldn't be getting anymore until Tuesday. The part that stinks is that I don't go back over to that side of town until Thursday. She took my name and phone number and I told her I would do my best to get back over there by Tuesday so now I have to waste gas and time to go back across town at some point just to try this burger. I am not happy about this and the reason I haven't been going to McDonalds so much is because of all these little mess ups that always happen its annoying. I tend to go to KFC quite a bit on River Road and I have been going there for about three years at least 1 to 2 times a week for lunch and I don't think they've ever messed up an order that I can remember. Maybe you need to get their manager over at this spot. PS-I love the sticker that my order was double checked. I took a pick of the receipt, the burger box with the label on it and the Hot Honey chicken sandwich which looked pathetic. $12.95 for a headache!

  The manager Justina horrible I will not be going back to this location. I would highly recommend the 6th street location much faster service.
