  They take money in 10 seconds and then make me go to second pickup window and wait 5 min for a cup of coffee on my way to work as car after car behind me is served. And they never apologize for the wait. .The sandwich gets cold and they didn’t finish the $5 mocha off like they’re supposed to with whip and syrup. Terrible service. This numbers game at the pickup window is ridiculous for the employees and the customers and now they’ve just found a way around it to make themselves look good by customers waiting longer, away from the pickup 1 window, even when no one is behind you. I’m done with McDonalds.

  I'm a delivery driver i don't have a bathroom available in my car. When you are doing by time on DoorDash, your every move is watched and tracked. If you confirm an order and then take 3 minutes to go to the bathroom, you can be fired. Because they will consider it taking advantage and delaying tume to get paid more. So requiring a doordash driver to confirm an order before allowing them to use the restroom makes it so they can't use the restroom. We don't have bathrooms in our cars, I used to be able to go into McDonald's use the bathroom and then confirm the order. I don't know when or why that changed. But now i'm trying not to pee my pants in my car. They're response was that they are timed too, but they will not be fired for somebody taking 2 minutes to go to the bathroom before confirming an order, the driver can absolutely be fired for confirming the order. And then going to the bathroom.

  Have went to this location multiple times. I have a question or need something and wait there with half a dozen other people. We wait there for 10 minutes, and after making eye contact with half the staff, nobody comes to the front to help us. Horrible customer service. This problem has happened multiple times. And on top of the fact that the management is rude and addicted to the power trip. If I could give this a zero star review I would.

  Quality and service can vary a lot between McDonald's franchises, but this one is the best I've been to, perfectly toasted buns and lacy, crispy burgers, fresh fries. Very friendly staff.
