  Employees were rude as soon as we walked in we couldn’t understand why. Then made my wife bag her own sandwiches so they could make the next order and there were only 2 customers in the store. 🤦‍♂️

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Jimmy John’s. I received a sandwich with no meat, and when I tried calling the store twice, nobody picked up either time, so I had to drive back. I asked if I could get a soda for the inconvenience, but the manager told me they don’t do inconvenience fees, which felt pretty dismissive considering the mistake and the extra trip I had to make. Overall, I left very disappointed.
