Your worker came back from the back and asked me if I was picking up an order and I said no. I would like to place an order to go. She then pointed to the kiosk behind me and said “you can use that.” Now to me, this is rude because if I wanted to use the kiosk, I would’ve walked up to the kiosk. I don’t know how to use those things. I don’t want to use those things. I would rather talk to a person. This was my first job ever, and when I worked here if you were covering drive-through, sometimes you had to cover the lobby too . It’s just how it works. She was rude so I just got in my car and went through the drive-through instead. When in all reality, the whole reason why I went to Taco Bell was to use the bathroom but I figured they wouldn’t let me use it unless I bought something so I walked in there but then that interaction happened and so I went to the drive-through, but I still bought something so they still got my service it just that worker was rude.
