    I ordered a crunchy taco supreme, no tomatoes, chips & cheese, medium drink. When my order slid across the counter I had high hopes - it looked like a supreme taco. I sat down and opened it any high hopes disappeared. It was a lettuce & sour cream supreme. Where was the beef? It was a thin across the bottom of the shell. Sadly, Taco Bell across the board appears to be making $ off their customers by skimping on ingredients. When was the last anyone ordered a burrito supreme and found it to be more expensive but smaller than the least expensive frozen burrito from the grocery store? Nothing is as good as it looks on the menu board... is it false advertising?

    Went there around noon 11/29 and the drive up girl really needs to learn how to talk to customers. She sounded annoyed that she was there. Instead of saying thank you please pull forward, she just barks out "pull forward". I pull forward and she opens the windows and just says the price. She doesn't say please or anything. Terrible customer service. Maybe keep people like that in the back away from your customers.

    Literally the best tacobell in all of Eugene. Amazing service. Drive thru crew is 10/10 customer service. They actually give you proper proportions on every item, and they're always cooked hot and fresh. If you live in Junction City, DO NOT go to your local store. Go here instead. The drive is WELL worth them making your order with care, and it's always piping hot. Day crew drive thru are 10/10 🙏
