- RORachel ODec 16, 20231.0Worst experience I’ve had. I have been going here almost weekly for years since I work in the area. Usually food is pretty good and service is decent. The young lady working 12/16 with dark brown hair had the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The gentleman in front of me asked for a basket as he was going to eat part of his sandwich there and part to go. She rolled her eyes and looked extremely annoyed. Then she walked up to me to take my order. I ordered a salad. She did not use the mixing bowl and just put the meat on the bottom then the lettuce and just drizzled the ranch on top. I asked her if I could get it mixed up. She stared at me and said “well I already put every thing in there” and I said I’m sorry. She got a bowl- set it down and then rolled her eyes. I stepped back and let her know that’s as very unprofessional and left. Due to this interaction you lost a loyal customer.
