Service here has tanked the long hair dude with glasses who works there complains and talks bad about other customers orders infront of customers seems to be a common thing down here in Eugene sadly lack of good customer service idk if people realize nobody is forcing them to work at these places it’s sad

It is Tuesday July 29th at 9:30pm they are open until 10pm. I have called them about 8 times... No answer. The worker is standing behind the counter on their cell phone, with the open sign turned off and the lights turned off. Somebody needs to get fired.

Had to drive back after sandwiches were made wrong. Asked for my info to be given to manager, first he was going to but when he realized I wanted to complain I wasn’t priority the order that came through was- which I hope he made right so they won’t have to com back.
If this location would allow customers to speak to a manager that would be nice but she isn’t available for two days and then not again for another 4 days
