I ordered a sandwich online for pick up. Everything on the receipt was correct, but the sandwich was incorrect. Bread was not toasted and the bacon was not cooked. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and indicated that I was lying. In the future, I will Never eat at this location.

Honestly the lady who wrang me up scoffed at me when I scoffed at me when I didn't tip her because of her lack of costemer service the lady refused too speak up so I could hear her and got annoyed cause I was doing 2 foot long subs she just stood there glaring at the person with me very disrespectful needs too have better customer service skills

My mistake for ordering at the wrong location, but apparently it’s not a priority to refund the customer. Was told it would get voided out today. However, I discovered that didn’t happen. No phone call to at least let me know they couldn’t void it. I called and was told to wait until Monday because the manager didn’t answer the phone on the weekends. Why can’t there be an option on the app to cancel? Would make things less complicated and a lot easier. Hoping to get my money back sooner than later.

Arrived at the location no customers in the store. I used the mobile app to get an online coupon and placed my order. Customers then started to arrive they then proceeded to help out all of the new customers before making mine. Ended up waiting 25 minutes on my sandwiches. Good sandwich though
