The self checkout person said " just dont put in the upc without the first and last number " so I did and it worked. Then when I ran my card it declined my card which has money and is working fine. It said " transaction canceled " when in fact the transaction was still on the screen. I called the self checkout help again . Her response was " this one, she's grumpy " ....she started messing with it and i left .you are a multi million dollar company. There is 0 reason for this nonsense. I will avoid Kroger in the future when I can.

Meat (steak NY strip) seems to be impossible to find anywhere now a days and when you do find its overpriced and low quality or just low quality. Not sure why USA has to suck at absolutely everything including one thing we shoukd be proud of....meat. But great store.
