Maybe bc it's not near downtown or the fact that it's in a large strip mall with many other businesses, whatever the reason, this Safeway unlike my neighborhood 18th St branch, is free of homeless drug addicts harassing you for "an extra dollar" or groups of drug addicts loitering, selling & using drugs. It's a totally different experience on Coburg Rd. The staff at 18th St are wonderful, but the throngs of addicts are out of control. Shop at Coburg Rd if at all possible. It's such a better environment.

It was about thirty minutes before closing time. She was made physical threats and was trying to touch their gear. The gentlemen kept telling her he would leave as soon as she went inside but her ego wanted it done immediately. Very loor decision made by the manager who obviously couldn't do her job like a real leader should.
