  I would like to give a negative shout out to this Pizza Hut. I just got done finishing the Super Bowl even though I don’t really care about football and I didn’t even either their team but I got a pizza gift card for my parents for national pizza day which is on like the ninth I think I don’t know but anyway I called this Pizza Hut up and I ordered a Hawaiian pizza along with a cookie pizza. I ordered over the phone, which was the most annoying process I’ve ever had to deal with in my 46 years of living on this earth my poor, poor, poor girlfriend had had to exhaustingly read out her credit card number four times to the phone receptionist because they were either blind or deaf. I don’t know. I don’t know if the person the phone reception is A new worker or what but that was a bit ridiculous to say the least they gave him time estimate of 35 to 45 minutes keep in mind I was very hungry at this point so basically 40 minutes went by and nothing ever happens like I checked my doorstep. There’s nothing there and I’m still still hungry. Basically 10 more minutes went by and I’m still in the dark, but thankfully my rare niche toes went down the stairs, and to my surprise, the Pizza Hut was delivered, but but five minutes before that my girlfriend poor poor poor, rang the phone at least 20 times to this pizza and into my avail, they never picked up such a such a true oddity and a rare niche occasion to happen. Thank you for reading to the end and I hope I can learn from this experience to one pick up the phone and to fix your phone receptionist Mike, so they can actually hear me read out the number better thank you very much.

  I ordered from here and I had to call because my gift card wasn’t working online and I had to read my pin number out twice and then it finally went through. I didn’t have any tracking updates. I didn’t get a text when it was delivered and I called Pizza Hut five times and it went to voicemail every single time after being in the phone lobby for over 2 minutes. I just wanted an update on my pizza and they weren’t answering the phone and they were still open.

  They no longer use dining plates, glasses or utensils. I would assume because they're primarily take out or delivery.

  No delivery after an hour and called in and manager said no drivers so my food would be cold and old. Horrible service worst in town.
