I ordered a pie 10 minutes prior through the app so I could grab it and go. Then once I got to the McDonald’s, this older, bigger-looking lady with grey hair and maggots on her face working the drive-through told me they didn’t have pies. I said, "Oh, okay, that’s fine. Do you guys have anything else you could offer instead? Anything at all?" She rudely replied with, “No, and I can’t and won’t do any substitutions.” I even asked further to speak to her manager, and she said no. Please stay clear of this McDonald's and this older lady working the drive-through. Hopefully she doesn’t switch to the front!
