I had a really frustrating experience at this Jimmy John’s. I received a sandwich with no meat, and when I tried calling the store twice, nobody picked up either time, so I had to drive back. I asked if I could get a soda for the inconvenience, but the manager told me they don’t do inconvenience fees, which felt pretty dismissive considering the mistake and the extra trip I had to make. Overall, I left very disappointed.

Tasty sandwiches whose ingredients can be customized. Handy place for a quick bite or to take out for a picnic or home. We had great service this time but other times the workers neglected to add items we requested.

Didn’t see that all the free sandwiches I was earning had expiration dates. So lame.

They’re constantly out of ranch which is disappointing because it’s one of the main reasons we go to Jimmy johns. Why offer it if it’s never in stock? Very frustrating. Might as well go to subway.
