I received a sandwich with no meat, and when I tried calling the store twice, nobody picked up either time, so I had to drive back. I asked if I could get a soda for the inconvenience, but the manager told me they don’t do inconvenience fees, which felt pretty dismissive considering the mistake and the extra trip I had to make. Overall, I left very disappointed.
