I ordered a bowl and a burrito, I made it really clear to the server the burrito was not for me and needs to be vegan. I added vegan meat to it, and watched them do it, all good. Somehow when I was not looking steak was put into the vegan burrito. Found out while my friend was eating, weird ok. The guac. Was clearly not fresh whatsoever, starting to go brown, but it’s whatever, still ordered it. When I went to pay it was $36, so I had to ask for a receipt, and found I was overcharged. The manager came over and looked like she was having the worst day of her life, it looked like an excruciating task for her to refund me, and never acknowledged me. Alright… I heard the chips here are great, well mine came extremely stale and severely over-salted, there’s no way this is the standard. Annnnnd, the food was completely cold. I genuinely never leave a review, and I’m not mad, but I work in the same industry, and I’m genuinely shocked by my experience. Lol. If you read this far, best to save your money, at least from this location. Maybe a different Chipotle has it figured out, but this one doesn’t.

The costumer service is excellent and haven't had a bad experience yet (60k chipotle points for reference). It is often very busy which leads to a mess and while not too terrible can be annoying. The portions have decreased by a lot and fall short for what I want as an athlete. Go to this chipotle instead of the other one.
