  Maybe its the manager not sure but lady with the pink in her hair is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had an online order and the app said there was an online issue processing payments within the app and to pay at the front. I was still charged the order on my account. Another employee was kind and trying to be helpful he agreed that app said to pay upfront and agreed the location was correct for the order, and I showed that my account was charged for the order. The manager or lady with pink in her hair was zero help and incredibly rude, accusing me of "scamming" Other staff even tried to tell her calm down and assist me but she wouldn't let them. I ended up getting charged for my $60 online order but then refunded over the app without any help from this store, and ordered through the line instead. To treat paying customers like that is incredibly telling about how this location is run. Also not surprised to see all the other reviews mentioning this lady's behavior. Picture added of the payment being processed on my account and then the refunded amount to show i was not a scammer, and then the charge of me having to go through the line and order again.

  Food was great. Some staff were kind. But there is pink haired lady at this location that treated my friend with such disrespect when she was confused about an online order. She made my friend cry and treated her like she was a scammer!! When all she tried to do was seek your help and talk to you with kindness! Absolutely awful of you lady.

  I love their protein bowls. Very busy around lunch time. Every table was dirty so we took our food to go even though we intended to eat there.

  I understand nights get busy but this chipotle is constantly out of everything, someone needs to be preparing for nights better or something. Being out of chips, guac, and rice multiple nights a week makes zero sense. You can see there is managers on shift too and they aren’t even doing anything about it. As well as yes employees being overwhelmed from being really busy just not listening when you order. I didn’t complain in the store because of the long line but the girl doing my order completely ignored most of what i was saying, light meat extra rice etc just did not happen. Manager needs to schedule more people? Prepare better for weekend nights? All of it really. Horrible experience per usual and I’m beating myself up for not going to gateway
