    Let the lady know I had asked for a lg drink when she handed me a sm strait up called me a liar instead of saying sorry didn’t hear that blamed it on the customer and was being condescending asked for a refund and will never be going back to this location

    Went in to get a quick dinner for the family tonight because I love Arby's and this one is usually the best. My whole order was so messed up and not correct. Its really upsetting. Also the way the manager Jules treats her employees and coworkers is completely unprofessional and made me upset. I will definitely not be back unless I know she is off. But best sandwiches ever just not tonight. A negative atmosphere at work makes a huge impact. I paid cash.
