    Ordered off door dash and none of the drinks were right or there. Sandwich was dryer then sand happy new year

    Went in to get a quick dinner for the family tonight because I love Arby's and this one is usually the best. My whole order was so messed up and not correct. Its really upsetting. Also the way the manager Jules treats her employees and coworkers is completely unprofessional and made me upset. I will definitely not be back unless I know she is off. But best sandwiches ever just not tonight. A negative atmosphere at work makes a huge impact. I paid cash.
