I had sent money 3 or 5 times before, but when I went back today after a month, I tried to send it again, but they refused. They said they only accept American passports, not passports from any other country. However, I had sent money from the same store 3 to 5 times before, and the man working there hadn't discriminated against me. I felt like maybe he had a problem with my skin color. Then I called Western Union customer service, and they said that all IDs are acceptable. The person I spoke to, who said she was the boss at Albertsons, said that some changes had been made since the new year and they could no longer accept passports, and told me to go to Fred Meyer. I told her that the man working there had sent my money before, but she insisted that they couldn't accept it. She also said that she would tell the man who had sent my money before that from now on they would only accept American passports and no other country's passports. I only have my country's passport, but I also have a driver's license and an ID card. However, my wallet has been missing for 3 months, and I've applied for a new one. I have pictures of them on my phone, but they need the physical documents. So this was the last day for me, my family, and my friends here. I will never come back here again after today.

I waited a couple of hours things happen it was finally marked as delivered not at my house don't know where it ended up. Called the store and told I would be issued a direct refund they put the money back in my account then immediately took it back out. Won't shop here again I'm out a couple hundred bucks because they won't refund my money. After many days of waiting they finally got back to me and said they couldn't give a refund because Google maps showed that it was delivered to a house with the same door. Terrible customer service I definitely won't shop here again and I'm out a couple hundred bucks.
