The only reason I give it less than 5 stars is for guest service. Most of the folks are friendly, but rarely do I get asked if I need help with anything when I'm clearly looking for something. There is one particular employee (Lisa T) who seems to go out of her way to be snotty to me in a fake nice and condescending tone. Like I'm a PIA, or stupid and not worth her time. I thought that maybe it was just her demeanor, but her attitude changes when she moves on to the next guest. It's so unpleasant that I will leave without purchasing anything if she's manning the self-checkout. She won't stop me from coming to Albertsons, but i will go to another location if I can help it! Otherwise, bravo Albertsons!
