- MSMonika Settlemyer4 days ago3.0We frequent this Dutch bros often. It has always been wonderful typical Dutch bros service. The woman taking our order with her tablet was not paying attention to our order so had to be retold the order, she was snarky rude, rolled her eyes when she did not get a tip on her tablet and frankly unfortunately for the rest of the lovely staff her attitude of sheer petulant bitchieness lost the tip for everyone. I will double my tip next visit if she is not there or is no longer pms-ing.

Line takes less than 5 minutes, even on a busy day, drinks are made before you even get to the window, and staff are so nice! Only annoyances with this location is exactly that; it's location. It's hard to tell how I get into the line from the road it's on, and when leaving, I don't have an easy place to pull over quickly without doing a full 360 turn after I'm done settling my stuff in my car. It's also worth noting that they take your order further back in the line so if you don't have the app or a way to easily access the menu, what you want may be confusing, so it would be worth moving the menu sign further back. Overall, love the service, love the way they perform at this location, just wish it was easier to tell how to navigate.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
