  Where to start. This location is a mess - so confusing. I followed the cones but they didn't lead me to a drive up window. Rather to the middle of the parking lot. The 3 workers just stared at me - not one directing me or standing up to take my order. I thought we pulled to the walk up location, so we backed out & pulled around to the window. Again, the employees just stared. When we pull around to the window, we hit the curb because the driveway is so narrow - then realized it is non opening window. Still no employee and no idea how to order a drink. I literally had to yell for some help before any employee came to take our order. We were the only car at the Dutch at this time. Ridiculous. I ordered a Rebel energy drink & my passenger ordered a Mocha Mudslide. When our drinks arrived, my passengers drink was not full to the top as usual, and appeared to not be fresh, as you could see that it was starting to melt, with streams melting down from the top of the drink. I'm not sure what they gave me but it wasn't a mudslide - it tasted of hazelnut & cinnamon with something else. I did not think that they made me the wrong drink, but rather gave me an error drink that had been sitting there awhile, as it was not full & was already melting. We took the drink back & the employee argued with us that they had made us a mudslide & this must be a mistake - I told her it was obvious they had given us an old mistake drink on purpose since we were upset. Likely assuming that we would be miles down the road before we realized. The employee agreed to make me another drink - then had to explain to the broista what ingredients went into this drink. As it turns out, they were missing the crumbles that go on top of a mudslide - so no chance they made my drink the first time when the broista didn't even know how to make it and didn't even have the proper ingredients to make it. So what exactly did you serve to me?? I have serious contamination concerns. Was that a drink that someone else brought back to you? Did someone already drink from that drink - as it did appear to not be full? What if my passenger had food allergies? You could have killed my 70 year old mother had she had a nut allergy. Thank goodness that she doesn't.

  Always such a warm and exciting time to get my drinks, no matter what time of the day I can expect a pick me up!

  It was so backed up that it took nearly 10 minutes to get my coffee. This location is usually busy and while I can see they are trying to accomodate cars in the tight space, it left something to be desired. A guy with a stinky jacked up truck left it running the whole time. It made me feel dizzy every time I had to open my window. No, I am not usually dizzy, amd no, I am not blond.
